We hope all the swimmers had a great week at the stroke clinic.  There is NO CLINIC OR PRACTICE on Friday, September 23. OFF DAY TOMORROW

Practice next week will be Monday through Thursday, 3:00-4:30.  Make sure your swimmer is bringing water to drink during practice!  We are not sure about the hours the swim center will keep the week of fall break, but as soon as we know, we will send out the schedule.  The team suit vendor, Swim and Tri, will be at practice Thursday, SEPTEMBER 29, for suit sizing and sale of other equipment (fins, goggles, practice suits, mesh bags, kickboards, pull buoys, etc.).  You can pay them at the pool with cash, check or credit card.

If you have not already signed up for RainedOut.com, please do so.  Both parents and swimmers should sign up, so everyone receives text alerts.  Go to http://www.rainedout.com/, and search for our organization: Ooltewah HS / East Hamilton HS Swim Club.  1) Sign up by entering your 10-digit phone number (must be able to receive texts), agree to terms of service. 2) Receive your validation code, enter it, and you will receive a confirmation text.

If you have not turned in all the forms we need, those will be audited over fall break, and we will send individual emails to let you know what is still required.

*First meet will be at Ooltewah Swim Center on Thursday, October 20. Warm ups will begin at 6pm. Meet STARTS at 6:30.
