Practice has resumed on regular schedule, except for dry lands.  NEXT WEEK we will be resuming dry lands, so Monday and Wednesdays, middle school swimmers will stay (in the water) until 5:00, and on Tuesday high school swimmers will go to Fit One at 4:00.  On THURSDAY, JANUARY 14, we have our last home meet, and senior recognition.  

WE WILL TAKE TEAM PHOTOS BEFORE THE HOME MEET.  All swimmers must be AT the pool ready for pictures AT 5:00.  We will take an "all-teams" picture, then by individual schools.  Warm-ups will be at 5:30 and the meet will start at 6:00.  These pictures will be given to the schools for the yearbooks.  Ooltewah Middle students must wear their team shirts and warm-up pants.  They cannot be pictured in their team swim suits.  We will also offer picture packages and individual pictures, with profits benefiting the team.  IF YOU WANT INDIVIDUAL PICTURES TAKEN FOR PRE-PAID PACKAGES, BE THERE BY 4:30.

The high school team swims Saturday at Sewanee.  The coaches want swimmers in the pool there by 12:15, and it's in Central Time, so we can leave OHS at noon to get there around noon Central.  There may be some swimmers that need rides, so please let Mrs. Childress know if you can take someone, or if your swimmer needs a ride.

Entries for the KISL (high school only) meet will be due Tuesday, January 12.  Coach Buchanan will have forms at practice by the end of the week.

A separate email went out regarding the Middle School Championship meet.  EMAIL YOUR ENTRIES--swimmers should choose two events, and the coaches will set the relays.  Details about when to be at Baylor for that meet will follow closer to the date.
