Payment plan payments were due last week, so if payments are not made by the next time your swimmer practices, they will have to sit out at practice.  Please don't let this happen.  No one wants to embarrass a kid by making them sit out a practice.  If you pay online, please email a receipt to [email protected] (put SWIM TEAM in the subject line), or print the receipt showing payment, and send it with your swimmer to practice.  

The meet originally scheduled for this Thursday has been moved to Tuesday, November 17.  Swim caps will be distributed at the meet, or at Monday practice the day before the meet.  If you want to caravan, or can take additional people in your vehicle, please meet at the tennis courts at OHS at 4:20 for a departure of 4:30.  Everyone should arrive at the old Cleveland YMCA by 5:15, and warm-ups start at 5:30, then meet starts at 6:00.  IF YOU ARE NOT MEETING AT OHS, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL SO WE KNOW YOU'LL MEET US IN CLEVELAND.  The address is 350 Central Ave. NW, Cleveland, 37311.

Practice is normal schedule this week, with middle schoolers doing drylands on Monday and Wednesday, until 5:00, and high schoolers on Tuesday and Thursday until 5:00.  On Tuesdays, middle schoolers MUST BE PICKED UP AT 4:30.  The coaches are at Fit One with the high schoolers, and parents volunteers have to stay with the middle schoolers until they get picked up.  Everyone is finished at 4:30 on Friday.
