Please check your orders for accuracy.  One person has already notified Mrs. Childress that she got a quarter-zip sweatshirt instead of a hoodie.  I MUST KNOW by SATURDAY at the pancake breakfast if your order is wrong.  It can be corrected next week.  If you got a size you didn't order, we can fix that, but if the size you ordered doesn't fit, you can buy the new one and try to sell the misfit one.  Send an email with "SWIM TEAM ORDER" as the subject, to [email protected], (or reply to this email) and be sure to put your name in the email, and details about what is wrong with your order.  I cannot correct ANY orders after Saturday.   

If you want to order any additional screen-printed item, you must also do that by the end of the pancake breakfast.  All of the apparel looks great, so if you are admiring a sweatshirt you didn't get, you can only get one if you order AND PAY FOR items by Saturday.  Any MONOGRAMMED items can be ordered at any time, but after Saturday, you'll have to go directly through Apparel Embroidery.

Two items in our entire order are backordered, so if your package had "B.O." on it, that's what that means.  Those items will be done next week. You do not need to do anything else.
