Swim Team MIDDLE SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIP
****ACTION REQUIRED OF MIDDLE SCHOOL SWIMMERS BY SUNDAY 1/4 5pm****
FEES FOR THE MEET ARE $5.00 per swimmer PLUS $5.00 per event, PLUS $2.50 for any relay. The minimum will be $15.00, and if the swimmer is also in two relays, the total will be $20.00. Checks need to be made to OHSSC and turned in by January 9. Put your check in an envelope with your swimmer's name, and seal it, and bring it to practice.
Middle Schoolers swimming in the Middle School Championship meet at Baylor on January 17, MUST EMAIL THEIR ENTRIES to Mrs. Childress at [email protected] (reply to this email). They can swim 2 events, and relays will be determined by coach and by availability of swimmers.

** Note: Events 15 & 16 (500 Freestyle) and Events 23 & 24 (400 Freestyle Relay)
will be timed final. The fastest heat of girls and boys in each event will
swim during the finals session.
# Note: The top 8 finishers in the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Freestyle Relay from prelims will swim in finals.
The Top 16 finishers from prelims in all other individual events (except the 500 Free) will return to compete in the finals session of the meet.
During the prelims session the 500 Free will be swum at the end of the morning session. We will take a 5 minute break after the 400 Free relays and then begin the 500 Free heats. The 500 free will be swum in its normal position ( after the 100 Free) during the finals session.
