For the stroke clinic, bring shoes for wearing to stretch at a location that may be off the pool deck.  Bring goggles!

All swimmers can attend and participate in the clinic this week even if they do not have their physicals completed yet.  All swimmers must have their OSC Waiver  signed to turn in tomorrow (attached to email or linked in the left column of this page).

All swimmers must have a completed physical turned in to participate in practices starting next week.

Please register on this site so we can have a roster for check-in tomorrow.  You will still have to fill out paperwork, but this will help us run smoothly. Thanks.
